Wine Dinner : d'Arenberg of McLaren Vale, Australia

Friday 2nd of February
7.30pm start

£89 per person for 7 courses and 7 wines.

We are delighted to welcome the legendary d'Arenberg winery to Park House and even more delighted that d’Arenberg winemaker Toby Porter will be hosting the evening!   Toby has been with d’Arenberg for 15 years and is the right hand man to owner/winemaker Chester Osborn.

For more than 100 years four generations of the Osborn family have made wines with the distinctive red striped label. In 2014, d'Arenberg was inducted into the Wine & Spirits Hall of Fame after receiving it's 8th 'Top 100 wineries' award. One of the undisputed kings of Australian Shiraz and Rhone varietals, d'Arenberg has developed an enviable reputation with its range of idiosyncratic wines that consistently offer value, individuality and a true sense of McLaren Vale.

Chef Patron, Andrew Frost has designed the perfect menu to accompany such diverse wines. So you whose that wish to attend we have 7 courses matched to 7 wines plus some delicious canapés matched with the obligatory Ozzy Sparkling Shiraz!

We will try on the evening the wines that d’Arenberg are truly famous for such as Dead Arm Shiraz, Ironstone Pressings, Coppermine Road to name a few, but you will also try some of their new creations.

The menu is being finalised and will be released early next week.
