Burges Restaurant
At the heart of Park House is the traditional Burges Restaurant, named after the buildings famous architect, William Burges. The quirky, gothic–inspired features, oak panelling and ornamental detail of Burges' work have been combined with contemporary tones to create an ambience of sophisticated luxury.
The menus are seasonal and feature a tasting menu and a cheese menu. This coupled with lunch and dinner à la carte menus leave the diner with an array of choice.
If live music is your turn-on then every Friday and Saturday night, the Burges Restaurant is host to it's resident vocalist-pianist, Mr Rhys Hoddinott playing a collection of old and new songs as well as some of his own original music.
Park House is also known for it's impressive wine selection, which numbers about 350 bins, with dozens available by the glass including Champagnes and dessert wines. Also available are wines from it's own vineyard, Aubai Mema, which are grown in the Languedoc region of Southern France.
After supper, diners can retire to the adjacent Yalumba Room for a coffee or one of the extensive whiskies on offer. If something more lively takes your fancy you can slip downstairs to the chic Vanilla Rooms, a bar specialising in professionally made cocktails and open late over weekends.

Room hire is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable if booking is cancelled or postponed within 7 working days of your booking. All food is payable if cancelled within 72 hours of your booking.
